Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performing all HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the management in supporting the Business.
- This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas like employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, recruitment, - Employment law compliance, and Payroll management.
- Ensuring that internal controls, as designed and implemented by management, related to the duties being performed are operating as intended with respect to the diverse culture of the company.
- Administering various human resource plans and procedures for all employees; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
- Recruiting as per the hiring needs of the departments, onboarding consultants, and closing the vacancies within the deadline with the support of the team
- Administering the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. Responsible for the preparation of Total - Compensation Statements and HR letters
- Responsible for the performance review and appraisal process
- Handling end-to-end HR operations from onboarding, and confirmation process to exit interviewing.
- Assisting in the evaluation of reports and results of the department in relation to established goals.
- Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.
